(as the patient),

I attended Queen Margaret hospital recently for a colonoscopy. The care and service were brilliant from the moment I arrived to when I left. From the beginning there was a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere and all the nurses in particular were  friendly and caring which put me at ease. The nurse who cared for me after the procedure took great care to explain to me in detail the results. Thank you for making an unpleasant procedure reassuring.
