"Procedure was totally painless thanks to excellent technique."

About: Torbay Hospital / Dermatology

(as the patient),

I had a punch biopsy performed on my nose at John Parkes Unit.

I was very anxious about the procedure having had it done before (in another hospital) as the anaesthetic injection was painful.

The doctor & nurse were both so kind & reassuring & the procedure was totally painless thanks to excellent technique.

I was so relieved & will feel much more confident if further treatment is needed.
