"Foot care and limb loss"

About: Fife Community Services / Podiatry

(as a service user),

I started suffering foot problems in 2020. I had a toe removed from one foot. Then had another toe removed from other foot which became infected and had my leg amputated below the knee. While that was healing I damaged another toe, which was removed. All during this time, the care and attention I received from Kerry a podiatrist at Cowdenbeath Clinic has been nothing short of amazing. She has gone above and beyond, going out of her way to accommodate my needs, not just in clinic, but at my home as well, in all weathers and at times, very short notice.

All I can say about Kerry is, anyone in her care is in fabulous and very capable hands, with a health care employee, who sees nothing as too much trouble. A big thank you from me.
