"I am very pleased on how my visit went"

(as a parent/guardian),

This morning I had a health visitor app for my 10-day-old daughter. The health visitor was very informative and was able to answer all my questions using common language, enabling me to have a clear understanding of what she was explaining. I am very pleased on how my visit went and content on what the next steps are. I also feel very confident and comfortable talking to the health visitor and I am able to contact them if I need to.

Dear Marscz 75,

Congratulations on your new baby daughter. Thank you so much for taking the time out of your busy day, to let us know about the positive experience you have had with your health visitor. It is very heartening to hear that you felt topics were explained in a clear way and that you will have no problem in contacting her when you need to. Your health visitor is there to support you and your family and you will see her at key times in your baby's first four years and at any time in between if you need them.
