This morning I had a health visitor app for my 10-day-old daughter. The health visitor was very informative and was able to answer all my questions using common language, enabling me to have a clear understanding of what she was explaining. I am very pleased on how my visit went and content on what the next steps are. I also feel very confident and comfortable talking to the health visitor and I am able to contact them if I need to.
