Thanks for your feedback about the Inspire group, so pleased to hear you found it great. I will ensure facilitators hear you feedback, we are so lucky to have both working in our service.

The groups are designed as a stepping stone approach, have you signed up for the next one called Learn (helps put learnt skills into practice)? If not speak to your keyworker about getting referred into the group.
