(as a service user),

I attended A&E due to heavy bleeding associated with an incomplete miscarriage.

Every single member of staff who cared for me in A&E, Resus, Gynae Theatre and Ward 49 was incredibly kind and reassuring during what was a frightening and distressing experience.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone involved for taking extra time to explain things and provide excellent, sensitive care during a particularly busy night in all of the departments I was in.
