(as a parent/guardian),

My 4-year-old son attended the audiology clinic and we were met with a delightful lady called Dorothy. She was excellent with my son, which always makes things easier when people are great with kids. She introduced herself and made us feel very comfortable. My son enjoyed his visit and did really well throughout the tests. So Thank you Dorothy😊, keep doing what you're doing.
