"Worst NHS service ever"

I was referred by my GP well over a year ago. Bad, painful, Rheumatic problem with my hands rendering my hands useless. I can't even pick up a cup or glass for a drink. I'm only 65! I have had I think 4 appointments given me since dec 2033. As of today 07/03/23 to date I've had all 4 appointments now cancelled. How bad does my condition have to get? tried calling rheumatology dept several times but no one ever answers the phone. Is this the worst department / consultant in Salisbury hospital. I still have no appointment date just to see a consultant for the first time. How much worse can the NHS get?
