About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Blossom Ward (Paediatrics) Craigavon Area Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

My son and I got here on Sunday via the emergency department. We were waiting for nearly 6 hours before getting seen to and brought down to the ward.

The staff are first class and are giving us good feedback and updates too.

The food is delicious, I wasn't expecting much, but I am impressed and my son is enjoying it.

We are comfortable and facilities are great.

I am sorry that you had such a long wait while your son was feeling unwell.

I am delighted that you have had a good experience in Blossom with staff providing feedback and updates. We know the importance of keeping families up to date during which can be a very stressful time when your child is sick.

The catering department will be happy that both you and your son enjoyed the food, so I will be sure to pass on your feedback.
