After waiting 1hour and 15 minutes after my appointment time to be seen by GP, she was very rude, patronising and condescending. I was asked why i was seeing her and it was the surgery who contacted me to make the appointment

I'm sorry on this occasion you felt that your patient experience fell short of your reasonable expectations.
