After waiting 1hour and 15 minutes after my appointment time to be seen by GP, she was very rude, patronising and condescending. I was asked why i was seeing her and it was the surgery who contacted me to make the appointment

I'm sorry on this occasion you felt that your patient experience fell short of your reasonable expectations. Should you wish to discuss with a member of our team please contact the surgery asking for the Operations Manager, who can take any particulars and investigate and or pass on any feedback where necessary.
