The complex care team visit my daughter twice weekly and their service is invaluable to her and us as a family. All the staff have been approachable, friendly, caring, kind. respectful and highly skilled and have put us at great ease.
The team will do what they can to help when situations arise unexpectedly to support us which is greatly appreciated. Staff will also guide and advise on issues too and listen to any concerns that arise and do what they can to help.
The team offer an invaluable service to our loved ones and in turn our families and the benefit of their skills and dedication makes such a difference to our lives, we would be lost without them.
