"A quick and efficient service with excellent staff"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Minor Injuries Unit

(as a service user),

I hurt my knee and arranged an appointment at the Minor Injuries Unit (MIU) via phone first.

I attended and was booked in by two friendly reception staff.

I was then seen by the physiotherapist called Helen. I was very impressed. Helen was very professional and caring. I have an underlying condition and I found that she was very knowledgeable. She explained everything very well and I left the department with a full understanding of what happens next.

During my attendance I was also sent for an x-ray and seen by a friendly receptionist and a Radiographer caller Doville. I was very impressed with the professionalism and care that was provided in x-ray department. A quick and efficient service with excellent staff and I also observed a very well kept and clean environment.

Thanks again, greatly appreciated.
