"Telephone waiting times to book an appointment"

About: Musgrave Park Hospital / Children's Orthopaedics and biologics

(as a service user),

I have been waiting on 2 separate calls today for 1.5 hours to speak to someone in an appointment office with no answer.  I feel exhausted, frustrated and unheard. I can’t re-book an appointment that has been cancelled by Musgrave Park orthopaedics at short notice.
