I was referred by my doctor to ENT as my voice was very bad. The consultant referred me to speech therapy, who sent me back to another consultant. I was told that the wait for a procedure was 6 to 12 months, but in fact it was much less, and I could go back to speech therapy too.
Everyone I have dealt with has been extremely kind and professional, and I am so grateful for the help I have received. It could not have been better,
