About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Trauma Ward

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

The staff is very lovely, sensible and sensitive

Food is quite good and the room I stay in is nice and clean.

I don't have the remote for the TV which is unfortunate.

The bed is quite comfortable, and the staff is quick to help me.

I'm really enjoying my stay here.

My name is Rachel and I am the Ward Sister on the Trauma Ward. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am pleased to hear that you're experience on the ward has been positive so far and that the staff have been lovely. Our housekeeper is currently working on getting the remotes re programmed for all the televisions so I would hope this is rectified soon for you.
