(as a relative),

My dad had a heart attack yesterday morning. Ambulance crew came and were so professional and efficient in his care and treatment. Sarah and Gail not only looked after my dad but endured I was ok during the trip and after he got taken away into the resus department. They went above and beyond their role and I’m so lucky they got my dad safely where he needed to be for treatment.

Thank you for sharing your story. It must have been a very frightening time for you both and I am glad that the ambulance crew helped allay your fears and made sure your dad received the care he required.
