(as a parent/guardian),

We came in with our 12-month-old son, who had a rare skin condition which makes children really poorly. He was canulated, had bloods and swabs and had to stay in for a few weeks.

My child is very social, so being isolated was very upsetting to watch, but every single person working at the hospital who came to see him were honestly amazing, they all interacted with him, making him laugh, even gave him hugs that he requested all the time.

The staff always made sure me and my partner as parents were cared for too, we had many laughs through the tough time, some hugs and lots of words of encouragement. They got us through the worst time of our lives.

We will never forget the care and love they showed to all 3 of us 24/7. I'm so grateful for everything they have done on the road to my son's recovery. I will never forget what they have done for us. They were the light at our darkest time and we could have never got through it without their support and kindness, as well as the health care we received.
