"Exceptional care"

I was a very nervous man going in for a procedure in X-Ray. My wife and I  were met by a nurse with a set of kind eyes and a face hidden behind a mask, with a cheery voice, called Lorraine, and I was instantly put at ease. The care I received from that moment to my discharge was exceptional. The doctor,  nurses and radiography staff during the procedure couldn't do enough to keep me feeling safe and calm. In the unit afterwards  Lorraine kept me up to date , feeling safe and encouraged me that I was doing well. I cannot thank this team of staff enough for looking after me and making me feel that I mattered. I would not hesitate to be treated in the department again.
