"Outstanding service from paramedics"

About: Scottish Ambulance Service / Emergency Ambulance University Hospital Hairmyres / Emergency Department

(as a relative),

My husband and I would like to thank the two Paramedics who attended to him when he collapsed one morning whilst walking the dog.  Despite lying outside the ambulance arrived promptly and the two Paramedics were outstanding getting him into the warmth of the ambulance immediately.  The staff at A&E were very professional under extremely difficult circumstances.  Once again thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism.
