"I have come a long way with all of your help"

I have been attending involve for about 10 months following surgery on my tongue and throat. 

While being taught speech/swallow/tongue/throat exercises, a lot of time and care has been spent on me. I always felt at ease with all the staff. All questions I had were explained with great detail sometimes more than once.

I was made to feel so grateful for all your help from so many and all of yous. I have come a long way only possible with all of your help. 

I am not great with words or writing. I can't say or write words enough to thank yous.
