Wasn’t treated very well at this hospital. I went for a colonoscopy, got all the instructions four days before, but the powders I received were not the ones in the document sent. I called to ask about them as there was supposed to be powder A and B, but that was not the ones they sent, so I called and they said just to take the ones without missing A/B. I asked them to check medication in case I had to stop, but the nurse I spoke to said they checked and said was all OK.
So the day of the colonoscopy they turn round and said a certain tablet had to be stopped. I told them I asked them about it beforehand other than that took the four sat heats the sent and I was really Ill with them, so needless to say could only do half examination and also didn’t have bowels completely clear so that was another problem and made out wasn’t drinking enough fluid - I drink water constantly all day and even before I went to get the day surgery I drunk 10 bottles of 300 ml bottles.
I was really mad about it to myself, and there was one nurse who was not a nice person to patients. So now I have to get it done again because of wrong powders. Not a happy person. I hate going to that hospital.
