I was concerned about the blood tests that have been taken, as I did not understand why they were being done.

Otherwise, the team have been wonderful

Due to having this feedback we were able to talk you through the blood tests and the results, which resolved the issue on the same day. Thank you for highlighting this, and this was communicated to the team, to ensure we explain why we are taking bloods.
