About: Bromley Healthcare / Occupational therapy for adults

(as the patient),

After a telephone consultation with an MS nurse, She refereed me to the Occupational Therapy Team to assess my needs for aids around the home.

Lawrence came to see me for an initial assessment and several different types of mobility equipment was delivered within 3 days!!

A follow-up visit from Lawrence accompanied by Jenny a month later resulted in further equipment being recommended, which they personally delivered to me that same week.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to both Lawrence and Jenny on  how caring and efficiently they dealt with my case and how impressive for them to personally take the time to deliver this equipment to me.
