"The care my child received"

My child was brought in via ambulance in the early hours of the morning unwell and transferred from another hospital. The care my child received was above and beyond from the nurses to the doctors and the healthcare assistants nothing was too much trouble and everything was explained to me. I explained my child has health issues and felt most members of staff listened to me and they also explained to my child step by step of his treatment. I only felt one member of staff wasn’t as welcoming and friendly as the rest or listened to me about his health issues and felt they were getting a little frustrated when trying to administer medication. Overall I would like to thank the staff at DGRI paediatrics and A&E for all their help
