Since the very first time I tried the acupuncture group on a Wednesday at CGL I've continued to go there every week as it has always helped to make me relax from the very first time I tried it. The staff who do it are always very welcoming and it never hurts having the needles done because the staff are well trained.
But the staff member who I've got to know well and learnt to trust, Dan, is the person. I always like to have him doing my acupuncture when I come to the session on Wednesdays because Dan always seems to make me feel calm when I go in there.
Plus out of all of the staff who do it Dan is the only one who has never had the acupuncture pins fall out and always makes his clients feel like a friend.
I would suggest this group to anyone and everyone. Even those who are anxious about needles, you will soon be relaxed and won't stop coming then.
