"Generally felt at ease with the whole experience"

About: Stepping Hill Hospital / Fracture Clinic

(as a parent/guardian),

Went to the fracture clinic ten days after my son broke his collar bone playing football.

The whole visit took us 40 minutes. Very helpful and professional staff, from the reception to the nurses to the consultant. Very happy with the way the consultant went through everything. And generally just felt at ease with the whole experience. Many thanks. Job well done.
