"I could not fault any of the staff"

About: Dame Carol Detoxification Service

(as a service user),

Attended the Dame Carol Detox unit to withdraw safely from alcohol for a duration of 10 nights. 

It has been an eye opener. It has made me realise what is important in my life.   There is more to life than drink, and it has made me realise the people that I love, I am hurting them. 

My goal is to remain abstinent from alcohol. 

I was very surprised with the care provided which was excellent.  I could not fault any of the staff in any way.    I was looked after to the best possible standard. 

All staff listened to me, all my needs were met.  I am very happy with the person that I have become.  Without this service, it would not of been possible.
