"Amazing care given to my son"

I would like to thank the nurses, doctors and the whole team on the Maynard ward within the Ulster Hospital for the amazing care that they gave to my son when he was admitted to with meningitis.

When he was admitted he was a seriously sick little boy and the support that the team gave to myself and my wife was just amazing during the worst time for us as parents. They worked so hard to get him back to health and to see him now 3 weeks after it happened to be running around like a normal child enjoying life is a massive credit to the team. 

The nursing team that looked after my son really are angels without wings the care they delivered to him was nothing short of amazing and we can’t thank them enough.

A massive shout out needs to go to the play therapist on the ward when my son was at his lowest and most scared she put a smile on his face and made him feels as if the world wasn’t ending and that everything would be ok, she was just amazing.

But from the bottom of our hearts we want to thank the Maynard team for the amazing job that they do 💙💙
