On arriving at the emergency care department yesterday evening, I was immediately approached and offered help.

Throughout my stay I received excellent care from the staff. Kind, professional and thorough attention so that when I was discharged I felt confident that my problem had been taken seriously and dealt with completely. First class. Thank you
