"Failing to send appointment letters"

I was referred, allegedly, to get a Uss scan done. 

The first I heard of it, was a letter of discharge saying I missed my appointment and therefore was discharged! 

I NEVER ever receive any letter, text, email or anything telling me I had an appointment. How was I suppose to attend if no one told me about this Scan? 

 

I sent a letter to both the consultant and my GP about this. I also emailed Newark hospital. Time will tell if someone reaches out. I won’t hold my breath.
