"Really helpful staff at all levels"

I had to get some information from the Cardiac Catheter Lab this morning. The two people I spoke to could not have been more helpful in dealing with my questions. It remined me of the exceptional treatment I received when I came last year for an Angiogram - sorry therefore for this rather late review.

Once again my memories are of a kind, helpful, caring team of people who always seemed to have time for every patient - even though they were under huge pressure.

There seems to be a great spirit throughout the hospital - from porters to consultants; from the people running the shop and caffe to the brilliant nurses and administrators -everyone is trying to do

the best for their patients.

It is a hospital with its heart in the right place!!
