I feel this surgery put profits over patient care. They are always cancelling appointments but are never too busy to be ringing people for flu jabs.

Dear Patient, I am sorry you have the these views. We only cancel patient appointments if we have any sickness, in such instances, before we cancel appointments, we try and get alternative cover, however this can be difficult with the short notice.
