About: Craigavon Area Hospital

(as a service user),

I have been in hospital for a while now and one thing that is an issue for me is the understaffing. I understand that the staff are trying their best and working hard but it would be helpful if there was more staff on this ward.

There have been times where others have been waiting for staff to come and take them to the toilet.

The staff are great and are amazing at what they do.  I feel these people need a raise as the care and work they put into us patients is truly amazing.
