"Inadequate and uncaring staff."

About: Royal Albert Edward Infirmary

Shevington Ward, staff focused on avoiding care or engagement with patients. Requests for assistance go ignored, yet always plenty of nursing staff availible to 'police' visiting times.

Meals left unattended, with no apparent attempt to encourage consumption. No updates or information regarding treatment or status fourth coming when enquiries made. Treatment and conditions fall well below the high standards provided elsewhere at this hospital site.
