About: Victoria Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

I have had several endoscopies in the Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy in the past two years. Every member of staff I've encountered, from those making the initial booking to the surgeon, has been unfailingly courteous, efficient and professional.

The only improvement I could suggest is for the endoscopist him/herself to have a quick chat with the patient once recovered, although I appreciate this may not always be practical or possible.
