Colonoscopy.
The most caring, reassuring team despite their very busy department. Everything I mentioned, every query I had was respectfully acknowledged and an appropriate response was delivered.
The colonoscopist was kind, gentle, utterly professional and totally understood my concerns.
The nurses were caring and delivered their care in a diligent manner.
