About: General practices in Lanarkshire

(as a service user),

I would like to thank and highlight how outstanding Surgery staff are.

My husband, mother and myself have all had to consult the GP’s recently.

Care started off with a very convenient telephone consultation, bloods tests , then a face to face appointment with the GP. Treatment all started very quickly, particularly for my husband last  week.

The reception staff are always very friendly , helpful and professional and the Practice Nurses and GP’s are excellent,  we know they are working under incredibly tough circumstances and are not always recognised for their hard work and dedication.

We feel very fortunate to be patients in the practice and to have access to high standards of care when we’ve required it . 

Once again want to express our gratitude to all staff.

GP’s are independent contractors and are responsible for investigating and responding to any feedback about their service, sadly they are not registered to respond directly to feedback through Care Opinion. They would appreciate, I am sure, your kind words and feedback.
