"Everyone had a smile and an empathetic ear"

About: Royal Hospital for Children (Glasgow) / Accident & Emergency

(as a service user),

My son attended A&E yesterday morning with an injured knee. He was treated with empathy and care to the highest level. Staff kept him informed of each assessment, how things would progress and were extremely kind and empathetic. Fantastic job done guys! Can’t thank you all enough for your expertise and care. From the lady in the shop, receptionists, porters nurses and doctors - everyone had a smile and an empathetic ear and did everything to make him comfortable  - Absolutely outstanding.
