Our thanks and appreciation for Jenny, occupational therapist for Bromley Healthcare Integrated Community team. 

My husband has complex needs due to Huntington disease. He had been housebound and unable to transfer or sit comfortably even with help. He had been assessed by several teams who were unable to help. 

Jenny grasped his problems immediately and worked with him very patiently. 

She came up with solutions which needed innovation, teamwork and real dedication to patient care. 

I wish that we can have more people like her in the healthcare system.
