So far i have been to 3 different area services, on my 4th and this is by far the best. I have just done 6 weeks straight which doesnt sound like a lot but its the longest ive done in 23 years. Thats due to the help I've received from my wonderful key worker, Kerry, and my Dr Prav. They are in constant contact with me. I always feel comfortable talking to them which is nice cos nobody knows about my using, and so i dont have anyone to talk to about it.
The service itself also offers after work hours group sessions and activities that being a part of genuinly does help. Its not the end of all things, u have to really wanna quit yourself, i am my own worse enemy and with all the help in the world i always find a way to let myself down but i am going to keep at it and I wouldnt stand a chance without this service. Thank you everyone at inclusions. I'm not cured yet. Not sure i ever will be but I'm going in the right direction for once which is a good feeling.
