About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as a parent/guardian),

We were transferred from another hospital to QMC for my daughter to receive specialist care from ENT. On arrival early evening my daughter was admitted to the ward and seen by an ENT specialist quickly.

The care she has received has been brilliant from nurses, doctors and all the surgical and anesthetist teams. Every person has kept us informed throughout her stay. This evening we have a fantastic nurse looking after my daughter called Megan. She has took the time to sit with us and answer all my questions (ones I have been meaning to ask), she really got to know my daughter and has put both our minds at ease for the next steps.

I would like to thank the team who have looked after us, and for your care, compassion and commitment to your patients.

Thank you so very much for this feedback. I have passed this on to the Matron in ENT for them to share with the staff mentioned above and pass on your thanks. It always means a lot when a member of staff goes the extra mile for their patients and we always enjoy hearing about it, we would like to thank you for sharing your experience of care within our hospitals.

We hope that your daughter is now on the mend and recovering well.
