"I have no idea what is going on"

(as the patient),

Everything is really annoying me right now. I'm deaf and I can't make an appointment on the NHS app, it said that I do not have any permission from the GP Surgery and they said they don't have any record of me.

Staff at the surgery and I had quite a disagreement, I told them that I'm deaf and I can't talk on the phone, they didn't seem to care and suggested that I should get someone else to phone.

I have no idea what is going on but I'm defo changing the GP, I feel like the doctors are useless and they kept saying the same thing (No Offence) they don't check on me, I told them that I had allergic reactions, and they didn't even bother to check it and they just let me go just like that.

Please can you contact the surgery via email, HAVCCG.F82008discharge@nhs.net , and mark for the attention or Ruth and Urooj. We would like to investigate this further but will need some more details please.
