"The service we received was second to none"

(as a relative),

My dad was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer at the start of December and he passed at the start of January.

The service we received from the Macmillan nurses and the district nurses was second to none and also were so compassionate to my mum who did not know what was going on.

Lizzie was our Macmillan nurse and she was amazing.
