(as a parent/guardian),

We arrived at A&E following an accident last week. We were seen quickly and treated so well. The specialist arrived to see my daughter within 20 minutes, everyone was so kind and friendly. We received excellent care and fully aware on what was to happen next. We arrived the following day, to the children’s ward prior to going to theatre. All the staff were excellent, both the staff in the children’s ward and theatre. We were well informed throughout and received excellent care. Everyone made us feel at ease during a traumatic time.

Thank you for taking the time to compliment our staff on your Daughters experience whilst in our care.

Being in hospital can be an anxious time for families. I am therefore delighted to hear your daughter was so well cared for and and that you were kept well informed of what was to happen. I will personally ensure all the staff are informed of your positive feedback, they will be very happy to receive this.

I hope your daughter is recovering well and feeling much better
