"Excellent care from beginning to end"

My mother was recently treated at St Thomas' having a TAVI heart valve replacement.

Every part of the process was dealt with professionaly and efficiently. There were no queues or delaying in getting scans, blood tests etc and everything ran remarkably smoothly. Doctors and Nurses involved kept my mother up to date with what was happening at every stage of her care.

On a more personal level all the staff (including non medical) were very friendly and personable.
