I wish to express my gratitude for the outstanding care I received from Mr Khine and the whole team involved in my care when I was admitted for day surgery at Crosshouse Hospital.

I was naturally apprehensive about undergoing surgery under LA, however Mr Khine took the time to explain everything to me, and every member of Mr Khine’s team could not have been more caring or helpful. The nurse who held my hand throughout the surgery (so sorry to be unsure of your name, Janet I think), you are such a special lady and it is people like you we need more of in this world.

I can’t thank you enough and I don’t know how I would have got on without you. It was a smooth process for me from when I entered the Day Surgery Unit until I was discharged home. Special mention also to Mr Khine’s secretary, Gillian. I am grateful for everything you have helped me with over the recent months.

You really all do such an amazing job in such challenging times, but I am so thankful to Mr Khine and everyone else who looked after me. I look forward to feeling like my old self again in the weeks ahead.
