(as a relative),

Attended A&E this morning at 06:00 with my husband who was experiencing chest pain.  Attended to very quickly care and attention excellent.  We were informed at every step with regards to tests etc.

 Thank you DGRI A&E staff for your excellent care.

Thank you so much for the kind words regarding our amazing Emergency Department team who will be delighted to know that you had such a positive experience under their care.

It is such a worrying time when a loved one becomes unwell, and it is lovely to hear that you felt that your husband received excellent care and that the communication from the team was so good.

I will ensure that the team in the ED are made aware of your lovely comments, I know it will lift their spirits to know that you have left such lovely feedback for them.
