"Parking - I feel this should be available for service users"

I appreciate that employees want easy parking when they go to work but I constantly see the same cars in the car park which means that service users have to find space on the random roads around the building.

Appointments are generally stressful enough without having to worry about parking. There is very limited parking at the front of Northlands and I feel this should be available for service users and not used by staff.

I have visited at various different times/days and the cars are the same. Due to Northlands being on a hill, it is also dangerous when you have to reverse out of the car park due to all the spaces being taken.
